DrSethGerlach.com is not in-network with any insurance networks. This is due to the fact that insurance companies dictate how, when, and why you receive any (if any) health interventions. This is one of the main reasons why Americans are so sick today. Instead of being bound by insurance companies’ red tape, we spend time with patients, run pertinent lab tests, and provide essential care in order to get you healthy and keep you healthy.
Dr. Gerlach has a doctorate degree in Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic and a Diplomate in Internal Diagnosis from the American Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI). He also completed multiple Functional Medicine specific training courses, including one through the Kalish Institute.
Dr. Seth is Not a Medical Doctor and does not diagnose or treat diseases.
The initial call will be more in-depth than most doctor’s appointments. Your appointment will dive deep to figure out your true underlying health concerns. This may include your childhood health, diet, lifestyle, mindset, stressors, exercise, complete metabolic history along with any health symptoms. The first call is typically an hour long.
Be sure to fill out your paperwork on the website at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This gives us ample time to review your case. Also, please email all pertinent health records or labs to email@example.com.
Please send all of your previous labs (bloodwork, specialty labs, imaging reports) to firstname.lastname@example.org, especially from the past 12 months. It is important that we receive them at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
While conventional medicine focuses on covering up symptoms, Functional Medicine attempts to find and fix root causes of health ailments. This allows clients to finally address chronic conditions and improve their health naturally.
Results vary by each person. Some people feel dramatic improvement within the first month, others may take a bit longer to feel changes. Our standard programs are a minimum of 6 months. Remember, your body didn’t fail overnight. Years of stressors, poor diet, and toxins take their toll on the body and requires an intervention to correct. On average, it takes one month of repair for each year you’ve suffered from a specific problem.
Dr. Gerlach is not a medical doctor, nor does he treat or diagnose any medical disease. If you have a medical emergency, you must contact your primary care physician or dial 911.
- Dr. Gerlach is a Board Certified Chiropractic Internist. Dr. Gerlach’s goal is to find and fix underlying imbalances in the body, addressing them with nutritional, lifestyle and supplemental support.
- Dr. Gerlach is not providing you Chiropractic treatment.
- Patients seen via phone or virtual mediums like Zoom should be aware there are physical limitations of not seeing a physician in person. Due to these physical limitations, it’s important that the client see their primary care physician at least yearly in person to rule out any disease pathologies as well assess any health issues that may be limited via a virtual assessment.
Dr. Gerlach does not prescribe or alter medications. Your prescribing doctor will decide if and when you may reduce or eliminate any medication. As always, please consult with your physician before making diet and nutritional changes.
